Welcome to CV Creator Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). CV Creator Hub is operated by Filip Kornaus ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
CV Creator Hub provides an online platform for creating, managing, and optimizing curriculum vitae (CVs) and resumes. Our Service includes:
- Profile and CV creation and management
- AI-powered resume optimization and job matching
- Professional CV templates (including premium templates for paid plans)
- Job application tracking and management
- PDF export functionality
Account Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You may register using email and password or through third-party OAuth providers (such as Google). You must verify your email address before accessing protected features.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Security
You must not share your account credentials with others, use another user's account without permission, or create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations.
Our Service allows you to create and store content, including but not limited to profiles, CVs, job applications, and personal information ("User Content").
Ownership of User Content
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. We do not claim any ownership over your profiles, CVs, or other content you create using our Service.
License to Use Your Content
By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service. This includes processing your content through AI services for optimization features.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, templates, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Filip Kornaus and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
CV Templates
Our CV templates are licensed to you for use within our Service. You may use our templates to create CVs for your personal job applications. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of our templates.
You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional materials
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission
- Reselling or redistributing the Service or any part of it without authorization
Subscription Plans
We offer multiple subscription plans with different features and limitations:
- Free: 3 profiles maximum, 3 CVs maximum, 3 AI profile analyses/month, 5 AI job application analyses/month, 3 Job description extractions/month, PDF export, job application tracking
- The Interview Magnet: Unlimited profiles, unlimited CVs, premium templates, 10 AI profile analyses/month, 50 AI job application analyses/month, 25 Job description extractions/month, PDF export, job application tracking
- Unlimited: Everything in The Interview Magnet, unlimited AI profile analyses, unlimited AI job application analyses, unlimited Job description extractions, priority support*
*We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block AI requests for users who abuse the service through spam, excessive automated requests, or other activities that may negatively impact service quality for other users. Fair use policy applies.
Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan, and you will lose access to premium features.
Refunds
Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
Plan Changes
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade your plan (e.g., from The Interview Magnet to Unlimited), the price difference between the two plans will be charged immediately on a prorated basis. The new plan's full price will begin in the next billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade your plan (e.g., from Unlimited to The Interview Magnet), you will retain access to all features of your current plan (Unlimited) for the remainder of the current billing period. The new plan will take effect starting from the next billing period.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the account settings page or by contacting us. Upon termination, your User Content will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
As a user located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) / RozporzÄ dzenie o Ochronie Danych Osobowych (RODO):
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of your personal data we hold
- Right to Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request deletion of your personal data
- Right to Restriction of Processing: You can request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to Object: You can object to certain types of processing of your data
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: You can file a complaint with your local data protection authority

Service Provided "As Is"
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Warranty of Results
We do not guarantee that our Service will help you secure employment or interviews. The success of your job search depends on many factors beyond our control, including the quality of your content, job market conditions, and employer preferences.
AI-Generated Content
Our AI-powered features provide suggestions and recommendations based on algorithms and language models. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in your CVs or job applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Filip Kornaus and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (1) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (2) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (3) any content obtained from the Service; (4) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ā¬100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Filip Kornaus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) your use of the Service; (2) your User Content; (3) your violation of these Terms; (4) your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our Service at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
